Ingredients

45 ml Gin
22.5 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
15 ml Crème de mûre
Garnish Blackberry

Preparation

Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
Drizzle crème de mûre over the top.

Origin Story

The Bramble cocktail was created in the 1980s by bartender Dick Bradsell in London. It was inspired by the classic gin sour and features a refreshing blend of gin and blackberry liqueur.
