Fog Cutter

Ingredients

  • 45 ml White rum
  • 15 ml Cognac
  • 15 ml Gin
  • 60 ml Orange juice
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Orgeat
  • 15 ml Amontillado sherry

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except sherry with ice. Strain over crushed ice into a tiki mug. Float sherry on top.
