Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 22.5 ml Lime juice
  • 22.5 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation

Dry shake all ingredients except bitters, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and dash bitters on foam.
