Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 22.5 ml Simple syrup
- 1 piece Egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation
Dry shake all ingredients except bitters, then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and dash bitters on foam.
