Ingredients: 45 ml Irish whiskey; 120 ml Hot coffee; 1 barspoon Demerara sugar; 30 ml Lightly whipped cream

Served in an Irish coffee glass

Preparation

Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Add whiskey and stir. Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
