Ingredients: 22.5 ml Dark Jamaican rum; 22.5 ml Demerara rum; 22.5 ml White Puerto Rican rum; 22.5 ml Lime juice; 22.5 ml Grapefruit juice; 15 ml Honey syrup; 5 ml Allspice dram; 30 ml Soda water

Served in an old-fashioned glass

Ingredients

22.5 ml Dark Jamaican rum
22.5 ml Demerara rum
22.5 ml White Puerto Rican rum
22.5 ml Lime juice
22.5 ml Grapefruit juice
15 ml Honey syrup
5 ml Allspice dram
30 ml Soda water

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and top with soda.
