Served in an old-fashioned glass
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 1 piece Egg white
- 15 ml Red wine
Preparation
Dry shake bourbon, lemon, syrup and egg white. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float red wine on top.
