Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 1 piece Sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 barspoon Water
  • Garnish Orange peel

Preparation

  1. Muddle sugar cube with bitters and water.
  2. Add bourbon and ice.
  3. Stir until chilled.
