Paloma Negra

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Mezcal
  • 60 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 pinch Activated charcoal
  • 60 ml Soda water

Preparation

Shake mezcal, juices, syrup and charcoal with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with soda.
