Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 20 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation

Dry shake all ingredients without ice, then shake again with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and dash bitters on foam.
