Pornstar Martini
Served in a coupe glass
Ingredients
- 45 ml Vanilla vodka
- 30 ml Passion fruit purée
- 15 ml Passion fruit liqueur
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Vanilla syrup
Preparation
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.

Origin story
The Pornstar Martini was invented in the early 2000s by bartender Douglas Ankrah in London. It gained fame for its playful name and vibrant flavors, quickly becoming a staple in cocktail bars.
