Ingredients
- 60 ml Dark Demerara rum
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 22.5 ml Demerara syrup
- 8 leaves Mint leaves
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation
Muddle mint with syrup and lime in a Collins glass. Add rum, fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Top with more ice and dash bitters.
