Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 15 ml Coffee liqueur e.g. Kahlúa, Mr. Black
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • Garnish Flamed orange peel

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Flame an orange peel over the drink.
