Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 22.5 ml Lemon juice; 15 ml Rosemary syrup; 1 piece Egg white; 60 ml Soda water

Preparation

Dry shake gin, lemon, syrup and egg white. Shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
