Ingredients: 60 ml Gin; 22.5 ml Lime juice; 15 ml Simple syrup; 6 leaves Mint leaves; 60 ml Soda water

Served in a Collins glass

Preparation

Shake gin, lime, syrup and mint with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with soda.
