Southside Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves
  • 60 ml Soda water

Preparation

Shake gin, lime, syrup and mint with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with soda.
