Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 4 leaves Mint leaves
  • 60 ml Champagne

Preparation

Shake gin, lime, syrup and mint with ice. Double strain into a flute and top with champagne.
