Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 4 leaves Mint leaves
- 60 ml Champagne
Preparation
Shake gin, lime, syrup and mint with ice. Double strain into a flute and top with champagne.
