Ingredients

  • 60 ml Tequila blanco
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Agave syrup
  • Garnish Lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.

Origin Story

Tommy's Margarita was created in the 1990s by bartender Julio Bermejo at Tommy's Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco. This version emphasizes the natural flavors of tequila, lime, and agave syrup.
