Vodka Collins

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 90 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Lemon wheel

Preparation

  1. Shake vodka, lemon and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda.

Origin Story

The Vodka Collins is a variation of the classic Tom Collins, which dates back to the 19th century. This modern adaptation gained popularity as vodka became a more widely used spirit in cocktails.
