Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 7.5 ml Triple sec
  • 7.5 ml Campari
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • Garnish Lemon twist

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.

Origin Story

The Jasmine cocktail was created in the early 2000s by bartender and cocktail innovator Audrey Saunders at her New York City bar, Pegu Club. It blends gin with citrus and a hint of bitterness, reflecting the era's trend for balanced cocktails.
