Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Blanc vermouth e.g. Dolin Blanc, Lillet Blanc
  • 30 ml Gentiane liqueur e.g. Suze, Salers
  • Garnish Grapefruit twist

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
