Old Hickory

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Dry vermouth e.g. Noilly Prat, Dolin Dry
  • 45 ml Sweet vermouth e.g. Carpano Antica, Cocchi di Torino
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • Garnish Lemon twist

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
